GARDENER"S DAY OUT 2025!!

 Gardener's Day Out 2025 is on the 14th June 2025 at Deakin University Campus, Burwood. 

All of the favourite things you like about the day will be there PLUS MORE.

3 Special Presenters make it a Spectacular Day and the venue and ambiance of the whole event makes it something NOT TO BE MISSED.

Presenters for 2025 are:

James Wall

James Wall is a well known Australian Horticulturalist. Coming from a family with a long tradition in managing our climate and conditions he has an in-depth knowledge of what it takes to successfully be a "true gardener".  His Nursery, Garden World Keysborough is one of the best, if not the best nursery in Australia. His great knowledge is balanced by an entertaining personality the ensures you will be entranced by his presentation.  

Vasili Kanidiadis

Vasili Kanidiadis comes from a background of strong community gardening. Prolific home gardens supplying great produce to supplement home economies have provided him with a resource to develop a passion for "Grow Your Own" and self-sufficiency using an environmentally sound basis.    It is a common desire to "get back to the basics" and Vasili can help you get there. His background combined with a great knowledge of horticulture enables him to present an alternative approach to your garden. Vasili is a great presenter that will keep you intrigued.

Attila Kapitany

Attila Kapitany is well known for his passion for anything succulent, prickly, exotic, unusual, topical and Australian.  He has authored several books on them and loves to pass on his knowledge to all. With his partner, Michelle they established a significant garden where his plants of interest have been used to show them in their true environment as well as demonstrating that they too can be as beautiful and significant as those more commonly used. He too is a very entertaining presenter, and you will not be disappointed.
